Also, cooked noodles, liquid pasteurized eggs, shrimp (48F-54F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler across from wok station. Observed door partially opened. Operator adjusted gasket and closed door fully. Also, milk (45F - Cold Holding)in walk-in-cooler. Operator stated employee may have had milk out during lunch. Operator stated he will ensure it stays in cooler to chill.
