In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board. Operator removed towels from under cutting boards.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no hand washing sign at outside bar. Operator hung a handwashing sign over hand sink.

Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed Operator pull 3 pieces of frozen fish and place in walk in cooler to thaw without removing packaging. Discussed proper thawing of fish by removing completely from reduced oxygen package. Operator removed from packaging to thaw properly. Provided Thawing Vacuum Packaged Fish memo.
Food stored on floor. Observed case of brioche buns stored on floor of walk in freezer. Operator placed case on shelf during inspection.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed coffee filters uncovered on shelf across from cook's line. Operator covered filters.
