Observed - From initial inspection : Intermediate - Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink in bathroom. Hot water faucet handle broken.
No mop sink or curbed cleaning facility provided at establishment. Observed mop sink disconnected in the rear of the establishment outside to the left of the back door. Operator stated it was removed.
