Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized: Quatrenary amonium sanitizer tested to 0ppm. Employee was washing dishes and put the soapy dishes into the sanitizing sink with the sanitizer solution. Inspector gave corrective feedback. Employee changed the water. Retested to 200ppm.
