Yogurt is stored at bottom of small fridge with plastic lexans up high restricting air flow to bottom of unit. Person in charge stated less than 3 hours inside unit, stated will move to back fridge.
Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. -precooked sausage links in back requires date mark on container upon opening
Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees.
