Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed yogurt dispenser (45F - Cold Holding) on buffet line. Yogurt placed inside one hour prior to inspection per person in charge. Yogurt placed in refrigerator to cool. Ambient 53F inside unit.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand washing station in kitchen blocked by cleaning supplies. Kitchen employee removed cleaning supplies.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at kitchen hand washing station. Kitchen employee placed roll of paper towels from laundry into kitchen.
