Observed glass door reach in cooler: milk (60F - Cold Holding); butter (58F - Cold Holding); yogurt (59F - Cold Holding); cream cheese (55F - Cold Holding) Person in charge stated they stocked the butter, cream cheese, and yogurts approximately 3.5 hours prior to inspection. Person in charge placed milk, butter, and yogurt in another refrigerator too cool. Milk has been in reach in cooler for over four hours per person in charge. See stop sale.
