One gallon and one pitcher of milk inside reach-in cooler missing date marks. Employee stated both were opened on 04/11 and added the proper date marks during this inspection.

No approved sanitizer available for warewashing in kitchen. Employee stated they only wash and rinse dishes and do not sanitize them. Inspector had an emoloyee retrieve a bottle of bleach from the hotel laundry room and educated employees on proper warewashing procedures. Inspector instructed manager to have employees properly sanitize all dishes.
