Plastic bag containing shredded cheese stored in direct contact with raw shell eggs inside pan in top of refrigerated make-table. Manager moved the cheese away from the raw eggs during this inspection. 2. Opened pan containing frozen raw beef stored on shelf directly above bags containing frozen fries inside reach-in freezer at cookline. Manager moved the raw beef away from the fries during this inspection.
