Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, observed cooked duck 46f in low boy reach-in cooler. Operator stated door is opened frequently since opening around 11:00am for preparation and is also the drink cooler for customer drinks when ordered.
