Operator was emailed the written procedure and it was filled out during the inspection.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the produce walk in cooler, raw eggs were stored over unwashed produce. The eggs were moved to the bottom shelf.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
