Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Observed paper towel dispenser inoperable in restroom. Manager replaced batteries enabling towels to be dispensed during inspection.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed wiping cloth sanitizer solution Quaternary 500+ppm. Manager corrected solution to Quaternary 150ppm during inspection.
