Time/temperature control for safety food reheated for hot holding not reaching 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds within 2 hours. In crockpot on counter: chicken (123F - Reheating 4 hours). Employee stated the chicken began reheating at approximately 8:30am. Stop sale issued.

Inspector had employee open packaging to continue thawing the tuna during this inspection.

Two jugs containing "Fabuloso" stored on shelf beside bin of granola on lower shelf of prep table behind front counter. Employee removed jugs from shelf during this inspection.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Bucket and lid stored in handwash sink behind front counter. Employee placed bucket on a shelf during this inspection.
