Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In True reach in freezer by cook line, containers of raw burgers and turkey burgers on top shelf above multiple portioned frozen food items. Employee moved all items to bottom of fryer fliptop cooler to properly separate.
Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Case of frozen tuna in walk in cooler still in reduced oxygen packaging. Employee slit all packages and moved to new container.
