Employee food handlers training conducted through ServSafe National Restaurant Association. This is not a state approved training and is not on the state approved training list. Discussed with Senior Inspector Benedict.
No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Operator only has scented bleach that does not state that it is safe for food contact surfaces. Operator has a restaurant nearby and grabbed the correct bleach.
