Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwash sink on cook line blocked by oven. Operator moved oven during inspection.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Pans wet nesting on shelf on cook line. Operator stacked pans to air dry during inspection.
Stored food not covered. Observed container of tortilla chips with no cover in back prep area. Operator added lid during inspection.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed frozen ground beef thawing in standing water. Operator added cold running water to ground beef during inspection.
