Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Checked dishmachine twice not properly sanitizing wash cycle gauge 147F rinse cycle 147F, recommend to use the Main kitchen dishmachine until repaired.
