Hose attached to faucet at three-compartment/food preparation/handwash sink eliminating required air gap. Observed: a slide on hose for the mop sink eliminates an air gap. The hose was removed.
Water pressure lacking at fixtures that require the use of water. Observed: the silver base hand wash sink did not have any water pressure. Adjustments were made, cold and warm water were then available.
Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Observed the door for the restroom is not self closing.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
