Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot dog in flip top reach in cooler at 50F. Power was lost for approximately 30 minutes. Hot dog moved to another cooler for quick chill and temperature dropped to 48F after a few minutes.
