Observed Handwash sink in ware wash not accessible for employee use at all times due to metal rack being stored inside. Also Hand washing sink in drive thru area blocked with cups. Advised manager and he removed.
Observed Handwash sink used as dump sink. Per plans handwashing sink was designated and approved and as a handwashing sink. Advised manager that hand washing sink cannot be used for purposes other than handwashing.
Observed nozzle on soda and ice cream machine soiled with accumulated food debris.
