Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Walk in cooler - cut lettuce (50-55F); cream (50-55F); cheese (50-55F). Observed repair service on site with door propped open. Per operator, repair service on site to repair freezer door. Unit was shut off approximately 1.5 hours ago. Operator moved TCS items to other cold holding units to quick chill.
