Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee removed her hair Fromm off her face and proceeded to handle food.
Person in charge unable to answer basic Food Code questions pertaining to safe operation of establishment. Person in charge unable to demonstrate how to calibrate a probe thermometer. I demonstrated to the managers how to calibrate a probe thermometer.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Pans on the shelf near the back door across from the large flip top reach in cooler.

Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Employee engaging in food prep at various work stations with her hair being restrained.
Food stored on floor. Case of whole milk and a case of romaine lettuce on the floor inside the walk in cooler. The product was removed from off the floor.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. White spatula spoon and a scoop with a blue handle in a container of water at 77 F next to the rice cooker on the table across from the Vulcan oven in the kitchen. The water discarded.
Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Employee cutting grape tomatoes couldn't provide proof the product is a pre wash/ ready to eat product.
Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Black spoons, forks inside a grey caddy on the shelf above the cash register at the drive thru pickup window not presented with the handle first.
