Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Observed employee crack raw shell eggs into a bowl, place in pan on the stove, touched handle on flip top reach in cooler and sides of container and placed corned beef hash on the grill without washing hands first. Employee was coached on proper procedures and employee washed hands.
