Change of ownership has added and moved multiple sinks, ware washing equipment, water heater, and other equipment throughout the establishment from the original approved plans. Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee on the main cook line exit and return to the kitchen with gloved hands open the swinging doors, wipe gloves on towel and prepare food without changing gloves and washing hands.
