Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed: moist build up at the pizza make station on the back wall of the front line, catch bin cut out. ALSO, the mount for the can opener has moist build up of debris. Both are being cleaned now.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old date stickers on food pans on the clean dish rack. Moved to dish.
Sanitizer bucket stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed: sanitizer buckets stored on the kitchen counter with hot holding meatballs, over bulk dry goods. Moved below.
Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Observed: the first hand wash sink in the kitchen drains slowly.

Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed lack of back flow device on the non chemical side of the splitter in the mop sink. The vacuum breaker was added back.
