Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents/walls and floors soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed dust build up on the wall and ceiling at the three compartment sink area. Observed food debris build up on the floor under the soda bib rack.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed wet stacked containers on the dish drying rack. Discussed proper drying methods with manager.
