No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Operator stated establishment will be using liquid quaternary sanitizer but did not bring the bottle at the time of licensing inspection. Discussed quaternary or chlorine sanitizer must be used to sanitize dishes and food contact surfaces.
Wood food-contact surface not properly sealed. Front counter and counter storing espresso machine and counter top ice machine. Discussed with operator.
