Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. Operator unable to provide proof of CFM. Operator stated she has been here for a little more than a month and is going through the training and will take the exam in the near future.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Operator unable to. Provide proof of employee food safety training. Operator stated she has an employee that has been here for approx 2 years but other manager took the training certificates.
