Employee brought boxes to the trash area, then returned to the kitchen and touched clean equipment without changing gloves and washing their hands. Employee removed the equipment to be sanitized, washed their hands and changed gloves.

Chef started the pan had been there for approximately 1 hour. Chef placed the pan in the bottom section of the reach in cooler.
