Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Observed poached egg on a menu without an identifier. Operator started marking menus to identify the poached eggs

All the following items were stored in the reach in cooler in the wait station area Milk (50F - Cold Holding); Half and half (51F - Cold Holding); Whipped cream (54F - Cold Holding). Manager stated the items had been stored in the reach in cooler overnight. Manager discarded the items.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. All the following items were stored in the top section of the make reach in cooler on the cook line Guacamole with tomatoes (49F - Cold Holding); Sour cream (47F - Cold Holding); Cheddar cheese (48F - Cold Holding); Monterey cheese (49F - Cold Holding); Cut tomatoes (47F - Cold Holding). Manager stated the items had been stored in the reach in cooler for approximately 2 hours. Manager placed the items in the bottom section of the reach in cooler. All the following items were stored in the reach in cooler in the wait station area Milk (50F - Cold Holding); Half and half (51F - Cold Holding); Whipped cream (54F - Cold Holding). Manager stated the items had been stored in the reach in cooler overnight. Manager discarded the items.
