Observed the dishmachine chlorine solution at 0ppm after running 3 cycles. Operator to use three compartment sink for sanitizing.

In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed multiple utensils in water 106F at Flat Grill. Operator increased the temperature to a minimum of 135F at Flat Grill.
