Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Employee left kitchen with prepped food and went to walk-in-cooler and storage located outside building. Employee returned to the kitchen handled Ready-To-Eat food containers, put hands on prep table, took a wiping cloth and cleaned off prep table, then handled a food container without washing hands and putting on gloves. Employee walked into the building, washed their hands, then tapped their thighs several times then grabbed a prepared order and took it to a customer's table.
Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Two food handler certificates expired for employees still working at establishment.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in reach in cooler on cookline line wings and shrimp both at 47F. Manager advised that both items had been taken out of the walk-in-cooler 2 hours earlier. Manager moved both items to walk-in-cooler.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed bottle of hydrogen peroxide and starting fluid stored above reach in freezer in back storage shed.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed "Y" connector at mop sink with missing vacuum breaker on the non-chemical side of the "Y" connector.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
