Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed chemical spray bottles hanging on handle of push cart above full silver ware bin. Operator corrected above issues to meet inspection standards.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin.

Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed chlorine sanitizer bucket in prep area at 200 parts per million. Observed operator add water correct sanitizer level to 100 parts per million.
Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed microwave at cooks line soiled.
