Operator put bags of ice on top and put lids on containers. Observed Butter 47F cold hold, lobster tails 46F cold hold less than 4 hours. Operator just had delivery and turned down walk in cooler.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Hand wash sink at bar. Operator placed paper towels at sink.
