Observed Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 200+ppm). Operator remade sanitizer buckets to 100ppm.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed multiple utensils stored inside 87F standing water, at cook line. Operator put container on stove to bring temperature to 135F.
