No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at hand wash sink at the entrance to the kitchen from the front counter. Operator provided paper towels.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Metal pots on top of the reach in freezer and blue ice buckets on push cart not inverted or covered for protection. Operator inverted the ice buckets.
Equipment in poor repair. Stand up reach in freezer missing the door handle. Build up of ice on the walk in freezer door.
Food stored on floor. In the walk in cooler container of shredded cheese stored on the floor. Operator relocated the cheese.
