Chlorine in spray bottle reading 0ppm, active ingredient on sanitizer package states it is chlorine, but no one is able to get any reading on any test strips, operator has other chlorine chemicals to use as sanitizer, spray bottle dumped out.

One employee on food truck that is not a food handler does not have any proof, employee filled out and signed reporting agreement during inspection.
