Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed food and cardboard debris spilled on the front counter line.

Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold like growth on the soda machine nozzles.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed large build up of ice around the edge of the ice cream freezer.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed leaking pipe on the mop sink has steam from the pipe on the mop sink, Josh was notify at time of inspection. Recommend to notify engineering department immediately.
