Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed dust (flour) accumulation on the side vents on the soda machine.( pizza area)
Hood ventilation system inadequate as evidenced by grease accumulation on walls/ceiling. Observed black discoloration carbon build up on the brick directly above the pizza oven.
