Hot water at hand wash sink does not reach 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Checked temperature of hot water only reach 78°f, 75°f in the handwashing sink located in the prep area. Chef adjuster temperature to maintain 85°f at time of inspection.
Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap. Checked soap dispenser unable to dispenser soap at hand wash sink located behind the main bar(Captain )
