Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Upon arrival, the operator had Bob Evan's employee training cards that were expired for all employees. During the inspection, the operator had two employees complete the training during the inspection.

They have been advised from the plumber to have a smoke test done, per manager on duty.
