Placed at 10 am per operator and sticker on items indicate discard at 2pm. Operator has Bob Evan's written procedures for time plan but doesn't have the items that are observed under the TPHC plan. Advised operator to adjust written plan to gain compliance. Provided operator TPHC plan.
