All the following items were stored in the reach in cooler middle of the cook line Ham (60F - Cold Holding); Cut tomatoes (67F - Cold Holding); Sausage (60F - Cold Holding); Cooked peppers (60F - Cold Holding); Pooled eggs (58F - Cold Holding); Cooked onions (49F - Cold Holding); Sliced cheese (46F - Cold Holding); Cooked vegetables (48F - Cold Holding) Manager stated all the items had been stored in the reach in cooler for approximately 2 hours. Manager removed all the items and placed them in the walk-in cooler.
