Observed Butter (45F - Cold Holding); Cut Cabbage (45F - Cold Holding); Cream Cheese (45F - Cold Holding) in walk-in cooler. Operator stated items were at proper temperature at 7 am and a delivery was received in the walk-in cooler. Operator turned walk-in temperature down. Items were dropping at re-temp.
