Main kitchen dish machine area- observed 8 live flying insects flying around clean dishes storage shelf and landing on wall. Food dry storage room- observed 3 live flying insects flying around can foods. Main kitchen near ice machine- observed Approximately 10 live flying insects flying around between ice machine and wall. Wait station-observed 8 live flying insects flying around and landing on pepper shakers. Dining area bar- observed 21 live flying insects landing on wall and and cabinets. Outside bar- observed approximately 10 live flies insects flying around ice bin and fan. Main kitchen reach in cooler at mixer- when open cooler inspector moved speed cart, observed 3 live flying insects, 2 went inside reach in cooler. Inspector didn't see where live flying insects went inside cooler but live flying insects remained inside. Main kitchen dish machine area- observed approximately 100 live flying insects landing on mops, dish machine, wall, clean service trays, clean plastic containers.
