Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the meat walk in cooler, raw chicken was stored over raw shrimp and soups. The chicken and shrimp were moved down to be properly separated.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Employee cellphone stored next to the cutting board on the cook line. The cellphone was put away.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. On the cook line, utensils were stored in 97F water on top of the steam table. The container and utensils were removed.

Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee put cut tomato on plate with bare hands, chef corrected the employee and discarded tomato and changed the plate.
