Operator removed to walk in freezer.

Observed ground beef (122°F - Hot Holding); cooked beef (119°F - Hot Holding) inside hot holding box, also observed beef empanadas (112°F - Hot Holding) inside hot holding display located at the front counter, for less than 4 hours as per operator, operator increased temperature.
