Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a container inside the hand sink located in the kitchen. Employee moved it.
Accumulation of debris in three-compartment sink. Observed accumulation of grease and residue inside 3 compartment sink. Employee cleaned it immediately.
Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed accumulation of grease on cooler handles ( underneath the oven ).
