Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed frozen raw ground lamb stored over frozen salmon in the 2-door stand up freezer. Both of the raw foods had been removed from its original packaging. The operator properly stored the raw foods.
