Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed following food items cold holding for less than 4 hours: Ham 47F Raw bacon 46F. Operator placed food items inside reach in freezer during time of inspection.
Ceiling tile missing. Observed Ceiling tile missing above first walk in cooler entrance.
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed pipe leaking from ceiling onto front counter top away from all food. Operator stated a work rode has been placed to fix leak. I advised operator to not sit customers food on front counter once their order is made until leak is fixed.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand washing sink next to three compartment sink with a sanitizer bucket in it. Manager removed bucket during inspection.
Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed vents with dust throughout kitchen area.
Clean utensils or equipment stored in dirty drawer or rack. Observed tongs stored on rolling cart beside fryer. Employee removed tongs and placed in three compartment sink.
